Symptoms

1.所有 Avamar 維護活動 （檢查點、 hfscheck和垃圾回收）失敗，並顯示MSG_ERR_DDR_ERROR：

此輸出可使用 status.dpn 命令：

2.下列項目會出現在 /usr/local/avamar/var/ddrmaintlogs/ddrmaint.log （在 Avamar 工具節點上）：

Error: cplist::enumerate_ddrconfig Error reading ddr_info:  Unable to parse ddr_info <avamar> tag not found
Info: cplist::open_all_ddrs: ddr_info file from the persistent store has no ddr_config entries or all entries were skipped.

Error: cplist::body - ddr_info file from the persistent store has no ddr_config entries
Error: <4750>Datadomain get checkpoint list operation failed.
注意：在上述錯誤集中，重點應放在「無法解析 ddr_info“消息。可以看到與其他問題相關的所有其他消息。
 
 

3.檢查點列於「無效」的狀態，這些檢查點會從 cplist 產量：

4.可使用 ddr_info 工具節點上的檔案已清空，且大小為零：

ls -l /usr/local/avamar/var/ddr_info

Cause

Avamar 維護活動閱讀 /usr/local/avamar/var/ddr_info 檔案，位於 Avamar 工具節點上。如果此檔不包含與持久存儲相同的內容，則維護將失敗。

使用 Avamar UI 編輯 Data Domain （DD） 時，會讀取和修改相同的檔案。
