Symptoms

När du har kört hälsokontrollen från VPlexcli, lägg märke till mis-aligned RP-enabled consistency groups:

Advise customer to add this device(s) to a RecoverPoint consistency group.

Cause

  • Konfigurationsproblem där virtuella volymer i en VPLEX-konsekvensgrupp finns i olika RecoverPoint-konsekvensgrupper, eller där en virtuell volym finns i en VPLEX CG, men inte i en RecoverPoint CG.
  • Den virtuella VPLEX-volymen bör endast finnas i en RecoverPoint CG. Användaren måste ta bort den virtuella volymen från CG på RecoverPoint.
  • För justeringsproblemet som visar att den virtuella volymen är i en RP-enabled VPLEX CG, men inte i en RecoverPoint CG, måste användaren placera VPLEX virtuell volym i en RecoverPoint CG eller ta bort den virtuella volymen från VPLEX CG

Resolution

  • Ge denna information till användaren.
  • Begär att användaren åtgärdar problemet med CG-konfigurationen.
