Symptoms

ESXiホストから見ると、naa.68ccfで始まるLUNは、容量が「0 B」または「Unknown」と表示されています。

Cause

これは、PowerStoreホスト構成における既知の動作です。

PowerStoreでは、デフォルトでSACDが公開されます(LUN 0下)。

PowerStoreでは、vVol物理エンドポイントのvSphere Virtual Volumes LUN 254および255が公開されます。
これらのLUNは、「実際の」LUNではなく、ボリューム マッピングには使用できません。

Resolution

これらのLUNは、容量が「0 B」および「Unknown」と表示されるようになっています。
vCenterまたはesxcliを使用して、LUN番号が0、254、255と表示されていることを確認します。

vCenterでの手順：
［ESXi host］を選択し、［Configure］をクリックします。
［Storage Devices］をクリックします。

esxcliコマンドを実行します。
ホストでSSHを有効にします。
次のコマンドを実行して、PowerStore LUNのみを取得します。 
  
esxcli storage core path list | grep -A 4 naa.68ccf

SACD LUN 0は、デバイスのLUN IDを0に設定してボリュームを作成することでマスクできます。
これには、手動でホストを再スキャンして新しいデバイスを検出する必要があります。
