Symptoms
Cause
主机系统向坞站集线器发送异常拆分事务。英特尔已经确认这是英特尔 500、600 和 700（TGL、ADL、RPL）系列芯片组的芯片组限制。
Resolution
当系统不是第 14 代英特尔 Meteor Lake 处理器系统时，这是预期行为。英特尔在第 14 代和更高版本的处理器中修复了此问题。
若要解决此问题，可以执行下列作：
- 使用戴尔品牌耳机。
- 配合坞站使用英特尔第 14 代或更高版本处理器系统。
