Symptoms

L'host PowerPath/Linux non può connettersi a PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA) in quanto il servizio PowerPath Management non può essere avviato in base all'errore:

Cause

Ciò è dovuto al fatto che le librerie libjson-c.so.2 non sono installate sull'host Linux.

 

Nota: In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5, json-c non è installato per impostazione predefinita nell'installazione minima ed è consigliabile installare il pacchetto separatamente.

 

Resolution

Si consiglia di installare le librerie json-c separatamente e avviare il servizio PowerPath Management dopo il quale l'host PowerPath/Linux può essere aggiunto a PPMA.
