Symptoms

Host PowerPath/Linux nie może połączyć się z urządzeniem PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA), ponieważ nie można uruchomić usługi PowerPath Management zgodnie z błędem:

Cause

Jest to spowodowane tym , że biblioteki libjson-c.so.2 nie są instalowane na hoście Linux.

 

Uwaga: W systemie Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5, json-c nie jest domyślnie instalowany w minimalnej instalacji i zaleca się zainstalowanie pakietu oddzielnie.

 

Resolution

Zaleca się instalowanie bibliotek json-c oddzielnie i uruchomienie testu POST usługi PowerPath Management, którą host PowerPath/Linux może dodać do PPMA.
