Symptoms

O host do PowerPath/Linux não pode ser conectado ao PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA), pois o serviço PowerPath Management não pode ser iniciado de acordo com o erro:

Cause

Isso ocorre porque as bibliotecas libjson-c.so.2 não estão sendo instaladas no host do Linux.

 

Nota: No Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5, o json-c não é instalado por padrão na instalação mínima e é aconselhável instalar o pacote separadamente.

 

Resolution

É aconselhável instalar as bibliotecas json-c separadamente e iniciar o serviço PowerPath Management, após o qual o host do PowerPath/Linux pode ser adicionado ao PPMA.
