Symptoms

PowerPath-/Linux-värden kan inte anslutas till PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA) eftersom PowerPath Management-tjänsten inte kan komma igång enligt felet:

Cause

Detta beror på att libjson-c.so.2-bibliotek inte installeras på Linux-värden .

 

Obs! I Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5 installeras inte json-c som standard i den minimala installationen och vi rekommenderar att du installerar paketet separat.

 

Resolution

Vi rekommenderar att du installerar json-c-bibliotek separat och startar PowerPath Management-tjänsten efter vilket PowerPath/Linux-värden kan läggas till i PPMA.
