Symptoms

PowerPath Management 서비스가 오류에 따라 시작될 수 없으므로 PowerPath/Linux 호스트가 PPMA(PowerPath Management Appliance)에 연결할 수 없습니다.

Cause

이는 linux 호스트에 libjson-c.so.2 라이브러리가 설치되지 않았기 때문입니다.

 

참고: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5에서는 json-c가 기본적으로 최소 설치에 설치되지 않으며 패키지를 별도로 설치하는 것이 좋습니다.

 

Resolution

json-c 라이브러리를 별도로 설치하고 PowerPath/Linux 호스트를 PPMA에 추가할 수 있는 PowerPath 관리 서비스 포스트를 시작하는 것이 좋습니다.
