Chcete-li tento problém vyřešit, postupujte takto:

1. Vyčistěte /tmp v systému ESXi
2. Restartujte nástroj iSM i PTAgent pomocí následujících příkazů:

/etc/init.d/DellPTAgent restart
/etc/init.d/dcism-netmon-watchdog restart

3. Restartujte řadič iDRAC.
4. Kromě toho můžete službu sfcbd restartovat pomocí následujícího příkazu:

/etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog restart

5. Zkontrolujte agenta/informace a kontrolu firmwaru/připravenosti pomocí následujících příkazů:

/opt/dell/DellPTAgent/tools/pta_call get agent/info
