Voit ratkaista ongelman seuraavasti:

1. Clean/tmp ESXi:ssä
2. Käynnistä sekä iSM että PTAgent uudelleen seuraavilla komennoilla:

/etc/init.d/DellPTAgent restart
/etc/init.d/dcism-netmon-watchdog restart

3. Nollaa iDRAC
4. Lisäksi voit käynnistää sfcbd-palvelun uudelleen seuraavalla komennolla:

/etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog restart

5. Check agent/info ja firmware/readiness check ovat nyt molemmat OK seuraavilla komennoilla:

/opt/dell/DellPTAgent/tools/pta_call get agent/info
