Aby rozwiązać ten problem, wykonaj następujące czynności:

1. Wyczyść /tmp w ESXi
2. Uruchom ponownie iSM i PTAgent za pomocą poniższych poleceń:

/etc/init.d/DellPTAgent restart
/etc/init.d/dcism-netmon-watchdog restart

3. Zresetuj kontroler iDRAC.
4. Dodatkowo możesz ponownie uruchomić usługę sfcbd za pomocą następującego polecenia:

/etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog restart

5. Sprawdzanie agenta/informacji i oprogramowania wewnętrznego/gotowości jest teraz OK przy użyciu następujących poleceń:

/opt/dell/DellPTAgent/tools/pta_call get agent/info
