Symptoms

Falha na pré-verificação do RPS:

[ERRO] As verificações de pré-upgrade do firmware falharam. [ 10.xx.xxx.xx ]: A resposta armazenada em cache com o Serviço de eventos do nó está desativada. O Node Event Service está em um estado degradado, o iDRAC Service Module não está disponível/ativo no momento. Verifique o status do iDRAC Service Module/iDRAC.

Cause

Pasta ESXi /tmp cheia

No log de depuração do PTA, /scratch/log/pta_debug.log você verá os seguintes erros:

Resolution

Para resolver esse problema, faça o seguinte:

  1. Limpar /tmp no ESXi
  2. Reinicie o iSM e o PTAgent com os comandos abaixo:
/etc/init.d/DellPTAgent restart
/etc/init.d/dcism-netmon-watchdog restart
  1. Redefina o iDRAC
  2. Além disso, você pode reiniciar o serviço sfcbd com o seguinte comando:
/etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog restart
  1. Verificar agente/informações e verificação de firmware/prontidão estão OK agora com os seguintes comandos:
