Bu sorunu çözmek için aşağıdakileri yapın:

1. ESXi'de /tmp'yi temizleme
2. Aşağıdaki komutlarla hem iSM hem de PTAgent'ı yeniden başlatın:

/etc/init.d/DellPTAgent restart
/etc/init.d/dcism-netmon-watchdog restart

3. iDRAC'yi sıfırlayın
4. Buna ek olarak, aşağıdaki komutla sfcbd hizmetini yeniden başlatabilirsiniz:

/etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog restart

5. Check agent/info ve firmware/readiness check işlemlerinin her ikisi de aşağıdaki komutlarla artık sorunsuz durumdadır:
