Avamar: ADME-gebruikersinterface is leeg en geeft lege inhoud weer vanwege '/' ruimtegebruik
Summary: Avamar Data Migration Enabler (ADME) is leeg en wordt niet ingevuld vanwege root-schuine streep '/' 100%.
Symptoms
Het logbestand werd verwijderd en de capaciteit werd verminderd en de gebruikersinterface kon daarna worden gevuld.

Het wordt aanbevolen om de ADMe-gebruikersinterface opnieuw op te starten nadat:

Bij het openen van en aanmelden bij de ADMe-gebruikersinterface (https://Avamar-URL:8888), geeft de ADMe-gebruikersinterface een lege pagina weer zonder bronnen en inhoud.
Symptomen:
- ADMe toont een lege witte pagina.
- Bij het bladeren door andere tabbladen of weergaven verschijnt er ook een lege witte pagina en wordt de inhoud ook niet weergegeven.
Cause
Na onderzoek is gebleken dat de '/' root directory op 100% vol is.
ADME UI kan worden gecontroleerd als er geen logboekregistratie plaatsvindt vanwege spatie:
- UI-status
- Dit kan worden gecontroleerd met behulp van de onderstaande opdracht, die de UI-status controleert.

Het is duidelijk dat de logmappen die hierboven zijn gemarkeerd voor de ADMe bovenaan zijn gerangschikt met behulp van mappen.
Controleren onder /atoadmin/logde webui.log.2 Het bestand lijkt te zijn gegroeid tot 223 MB, wat ongewoon groot is in vergelijking met andere logboeken die gewoonlijk roteren met 11 MB.

Na verder onderzoek naar het probleem werd ontdekt dat de ADMe al drie opeenvolgende dagen op dat bestand had gelogd, waarbij het volgende bericht werd weergegeven.

In dit scenario kon ADMe geen verbinding maken met Avamar-dispatchers of -sessies, kon het geen onderhoudsopdrachten voortbrengen en bleef het drie dagen daarna mislukken.

- U kunt het probleem oplossen door het gebruik op het root-koppelpunt /' te verminderen om het onder de 100% te brengen, zodat de ADMe-gebruikersinterface correct kan worden gevuld.
- Neem contact op met Dell Support om bestanden te identificeren en te bevestigen dat geïdentificeerde bestanden kunnen worden verwijderd
- Zodra de spatie uit root '/' is verwijderd en de spatie minder dan 100% is, start u de ADME-UI opnieuw.
