Cause

  • Unable to retrieve NVRAM battery status

  • Voltage levels critically high:
    • Battery 1 voltage: High Critical

  • Multiple battery failures detected

Resolution

      To resolve the issue:

      1. Inspect physical connections:

        • Ensure all cables between the NVRAM card, and the remote battery are securely connected.
