Cause

Exchange 管理シェルは 、クライアント アクセス サービス (CAS) サーバーに接続し、そのコンピューターからのみコマンドを実行できます。Avamar Exchangeプラグインは、バックグラウンドでPowerShellコマンドを実行して、データベースを列挙し、メールボックス サーバー情報を取得します。

PowerShell が実際のメールボックス サーバーに接続できない場合、CAS サーバーがメールボックス サーバーであると誤って想定されます。この誤識別により、バックアップが失敗します。

Resolution

リモートPowerShellの障害には、複数の根本原因が考えられます。

上記の記事のガイダンスを適用しても問題が解決しない場合は、次の回避策を使用します。
