2024-05-13 17:00:08 avexvss Error <0000>: Error [exchangesvr.avamar.com] Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WinRM client cannot process the request. Cause

Exchange Management Shell ansluter till CAS-servern (Client Access Services) och kan bara köra kommandon från den datorn. Avamar Exchange-plugin-programmet kör PowerShell-kommandon i bakgrunden för att räkna upp databaser och hämta information om postlådeservern.

När PowerShell inte kan ansluta till den faktiska postlådeservern förutsätter det felaktigt att CAS-servern är postlådeservern. Den här felidentifieringen gör att säkerhetskopieringen misslyckas.

Resolution

Fjärr-PowerShell-fel kan ha flera rotorsaker.

    • C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\PowerShell\

  2. Sök efter referenser till:

    • %ExchangeInstallPath%

  3. Ersätt dessa variabler med den absoluta sökvägen till Exchange-installationskatalogen, till exempel:

    • C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14

Den här ändringen säkerställer att PowerShell löser rätt sökväg under initieringen av fjärrsessionen.
