Cause

Shell Management Exchange підключається до сервера Client Access Services (CAS ) і може виконувати лише команди з цієї машини. Плагін Avamar Exchange виконує команди PowerShell у фоновому режимі для перерахунку баз даних і отримання інформації про сервер поштових скриньок.

Коли PowerShell не може підключитися до фактичного сервера поштової скриньки, він помилково вважає, що сервер CAS є сервером поштової скриньки. Ця помилкова ідентифікація призводить до відмови резервної копії.
