Customer sees LUNZ from two arrays, causing performance issues.

It is possible to create LUN 0 from two separate arrays on one ESXi host. ESXi host and multipathing software see the LUNs as separate entities both due to the naa unique ID and the unique paths to the device.

 

The below example of a host that is attached to two different Clariion arrays, the LUN 0 on each array has a distinct path:
