Symptoms

在装载过程完成后浏览文件夹会生成类似于以下内容的错误：
 

400: Failed to update FLR session. Could not get directory contents. Unable to retrieve file list from IP_of_VM (vm-######) path 'C:\Folder_Name' offset 0. Unable to perform FLR Agent operation 'browse_files' on VM IP_of_VM (vm-######). Cannot open 'C:\Program Files (x86)\EMC\vProxy FLR Agent\flr\mountpoints\FLR##########\00-C$\Folder_Name': open C:\Program Files (x86)\EMC\vProxy FLR Agent\flr\mountpoints\FLR##########\00-C$\Folder_Name: Access is denied.

Cause

该错误表示用于启动 FLR 的帐户存在权限问题。它在 Windows 中没有访问这些文件和文件夹的权限。

Resolution

有几种方法可以解决此权限问题：

A.将用于启动 FLR 的帐户更改为在该 Windows 虚拟机主机上具有本地或域管理员权限的帐户。
B.设置选项“Run with Elevated Privileges”
C。手动解决方法是直接在目标虚拟机主机上恢复文件：

  1. 使用本地或域管理员级别的帐户登录到要将文件恢复到的目标虚拟机。
  2. 使用 Windows 资源管理器并浏览到所需的文件夹：  C：\Program Files （x86）\EMC\vProxy FLR Agent\flr\mountpoints\FLR ##########\00-C$\Folder_Name
    Note：  每次运行 FLR 操作时，FLR ########## 文件夹名称都会更改，它是一个作业 ID。
  3. 手动将所需的文件或文件夹复制到预期位置。
  4. 文件恢复后，返回到 PowerProtect Data Manager UI，取消恢复。
