Cause

Problem med nätverks-SSH-anslutning: Nätverks- eller SSH-anslutning mellan noderna eller med ett fjärranslutet virtuellt datacenter (VDC) kanske inte är tillgänglig.

Problem med SSH-nycklar: Befintliga SSH-nycklar i VDC kanske inte har konfigurerats korrekt.

Resolution

SSH-porten ska vara öppen mellan VDC i en federation för att möjliggöra nyckelrotation.

Kontakta teknisk support för Dell ECS och ObjectScale med loggarna för noden som konsolen kördes från om detta inte löser problemet:

/opt/emc/caspian/user-console/<timestamp>_run_Refresh_Certificates/
