在未遵循正确步骤的情况下将磁盘从机柜中拉出并放回时，可能会发生这种情况。

这可能发生在使用 LSI 控制器和 storcli 的 VxRack 节点和其他系统上。

症状

storcli 上的错误添加了 vd 命令：

 # /opt/MegaRAID/storcli/storcli64 /c0 add vd type=raid0 drives=252:2 direct wb ra
Controller = 0
Status = Failure
Description = physical disk does not have appropriate attributes

在“storcli /c0 show”输出中，252：2 的状态为“UBad”，DG 为“F”：

 # /opt/MegaRAID/storcli/storcli64 /c0 show

无法使用磁盘。

Cause

当磁盘被拉出并放回时，控制器可能会认为此磁盘的配置是“外部的”（DG=F）。这会阻止控制器使用磁盘，并且尝试在此 PD 上添加虚拟磁盘将失败。

 

Resolution

必须先删除外部配置，然后控制器才能使用 PD。

提醒：此作会使磁盘上的数据失效。这应该不会导致 ScaleIO 出现问题，因为所有数据都有两个副本。

1.清除物理磁盘的“Ubad”状态（如果有）：

# /opt/MegaRAID/storcli/storcli64 /c0/e252/s2 set good
Controller = 0
Status = Success
Description = Set Drive Good Succeeded.

2.使用“storcli /c0/fall show”验证外部配置

# /opt/MegaRAID/storcli/storcli64 /c0/fall show
Controller = 0
Status = Success
Description = Operation on foreign configuration Succeeded

3.使用“storcli /c0/fall del”删除外部配置

# /opt/MegaRAID/storcli/storcli64 /c0/fall del
Controller = 0
Status = Success
Description = Successfully deleted foreign configuration

之后，“storcli /c0 show”将显示具有有效 DG 编号的 UGood 状态的物理磁盘，并且该物理磁盘可以再次用于“add vd”命令。
