Symptoms
DDMC 8.3および8.4では、Smart Scaleサービスをサポートしていない管理システムを使用できますが、新規または既存のデータセンターには追加できません。
Cause
リリース8.3および8.4のDDMC UIでは、Smart Scaleサービスをサポートしていないシステムは、データ センターの作成と編集に使用できるシステムのリストから除外されます。ただし、想定される動作としては、このリストにSmart Scale以外のモデルが含まれます。
Resolution
回避策:
回避策は、DDMC DatacenterでSmart Scaleサービスをサポートしていないシステムを許可する場合に利用できます。回避策を適用するには、 Dell Technologiesサポートにお問い合わせください。
恒久修正は、DDMC 8.5以降のリリースで使用できます。
