Ongelma: Varantoa ei voi laajentaa käyttöliittymästä.

 

1. Tarkista varannon tila sekä hae aseman ja RAID-ryhmän tiedot:     

  
uemcli /stor/config/pool -name <pool_name> show -detail

2. Aseta asemat tarpeen mukaan. Tarkista RAID-ryhmä ja lisää asemia laajentaaksesi varantoa tarpeen mukaan.

3. Tarkista seuraavilla komennoilla, ovatko asemat online-tilassa:       

fbecli.exe
pdo
 
Nämä komennot näyttävät asemien määrän ja online-tilassa olevien asemien tilan. Vertaa tätä tulosta edellä olevaan tulokseen ja määritä, pdo Lähdössä on enemmän asemia kuin varannossa.
 
4. Tarkista määrittämättömät asemat sisältävä levyryhmä seuraavalla komennolla:       
uemcli /stor/config/dg -traditional show
 
Tämä komento näyttää levyryhmän, joka sisältää määrittämättömät asemat.

Esimerkki:

  1. Tarkista profiili, johon asemat lisätään, seuraavalla komennolla:     
uemcli /stor/config/profile -traditional -configurable show
 
Tämä komento näyttää profiilin, johon asemat lisätään, jotta varantoa voidaan laajentaa RAID-ryhmän mukaan. Tarkista myös profiiliin kuuluva levyryhmä.

  1. Laajenna varanto suorittamalla uemcli-komento:      
uemcli -d 10.0.0.0 -u admin -p 'MyPassword123!' /stor/config/pool -id pool_1 extend -diskGroup dg_28 -drivesNumber 5 -storProfile tprofile_1
 
Edellä olevassa esimerkissä Levy-ryhmä on dg_28, profiili on tprofile_1, laajennettavan poolin tunnus on pool_1, ja varannon laajentamiseen tarvittavien asemien määrä on RAID Groupin mukaan 5.

Kun komento antaa tuloksen muodossa "Operation completed successfully.", tarkista asemien määrä ja varannon tila uudelleen vaiheessa 1.
