警告後，現有的ProxyApps=0

Cause
PDM 在 vCenter vApp 內部看不到任何 Proxy。
這出現在 IDPA 的初始設計期間，因為該產品在內部 vCenter vApp 中部署了內部 AVProxy。
由於此限制，IDPA ACM 改為使用 ovftool 部署 Proxy，不會將 PDM 用於內部 Proxy。

Resolution
