Symptoms

Cause

iDRAC 測試僅適用於 Dell 節點，並會略過虛擬節點和 Quanta 節點。
此測試會查詢是否可以讀取軟體清查，並傳回目前的 iDRAC 版本，如vxtii.txt報告所示。

Resolution

iDRAC 無回應。

  1. 連線至 iDRAC UI，並檢查其是否正常運作和報告。
  2. 使用 racadm 檢查 racadm swinventory 命令是否成功傳回。
    • 下列命令可從 ESXi 主控台執行 （這在 VxRail 8.0.300 或更新版本上無法使用）：
    • ​​​​/opt/vxrail/bin/remotecmd -q -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null -o PubkeyAuthentication=yes -o PasswordAuthentication=no -i /etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key -l vxpsvc 169.254.0.1 racadm swinventory
  3. 如果命令未正確傳回，請重設或重新開機 IDRAC。
    • 例如，若要使用 ipmitool 將 iDRAC 重新開機，請參閱以下命令：  
      • /opt/vxrail/tools/ipmitool mc reset cold
