DPA: dpa.config 파일이 새 DPA 에이전트 설치 시 생성되지 않음

Symptoms



DPA(Data Protection Advisor) 에이전트를 새로 설치한 후 dpa.config 파일이 설치에서 누락된 것으로 확인됩니다.  이 파일은 일반적으로 존재하며 DPA 에이전트가 제대로 작동하는 데 필요합니다.

Cause

이는 사용자 오류로 인해 발생하는 문제입니다.

이 현상이 관찰된 한 사례에서는 사용자가 DPA 에이전트 디렉토리 구조를 생성하고 사용자 지정 dpaagent_config.xml 파일을 디렉토리에 복사했습니다.  디렉토리에 dpaagent_config.xml 파일이 있으면 DPA 에이전트 설치 프로그램이 dpa.config 및 일반적으로 생성된 다른 파일을 건너뛰었습니다.

Resolution

DPA 제품이 정상적으로 작동하고 있습니다.

DPA 에이전트를 설치하기 전에 DPA 에이전트 디렉토리(있는 경우)에 모든 파일이 비어 있는지 확인합니다.  dpaagent_config.xml와 같은 사용자 지정 파일이 필요한 경우 DPA 에이전트 설치 후 복사할 수 있습니다.
