Symptoms

LinuxにDPAサーバーをインストールしようとすると、コマンド ラインに次のエラーが表示されてすぐに終了します。

[root@hostname data]# ./DPA-Server-Linux-x86_64-18.2.0.104694.bin
Preparing to install
Extracting the JRE from the installer archive...
Unpacking the JRE...
Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive...
Configuring the installer for this system's environment...

Launching installer...

JRE libraries are missing or not compatible....
Exiting....

Cause

システムの一時ディレクトリー(/tmp)のスペースが不足しています

『DPA 18.2インストールおよび管理ガイド』に従って、tmpディレクトリーにより多くの空き容量が必要です。

3GBの空き容量が必要です。

 

Resolution

より多くのディスク領域を /tmp ファイルシステムに割り当ててから、インストールを再試行してください。

または

次の回避策を実装して、3 GB以上の空きディスク領域がある別のディレクトリーをインストーラーにポイントします。

  1. IATEMPDIR=path_to_directory
  2. IATEMPDIR のエクスポート
  3. DPAインストールを実行します
注：エラー メッセージ(JREライブラリーが見つからないか、互換性がありません....)は一般的なものであり、「Insufficient space」以外の問題で返されることがあります。
