Symptoms

嘗試在 Linux 上安裝 DPA 伺服器會立即退出，命令列中出現以下錯誤：

[root@hostname data]# ./DPA-Server-Linux-x86_64-18.2.0.104694.bin

Extracting the JRE from the installer archive...
Unpacking the JRE...
Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive...

JRE libraries are missing or not compatible....

Cause

系統暫存目錄 （/tmp） 空間不足

根據 DPA 18.2 安裝和管理指南 需要更多 tmp 目錄中的可用空間：

伺服器或資料存放區安裝的系統暫存目錄中需要 3GB 的可用空間。

 

Resolution

為 /tmp 檔案系統分配更多磁碟空間，然後再次嘗試安裝。

或

實施以下解決方法，將安裝程式指向具有 3GB 或更多可用磁碟空間的其他目錄：

  1. IATEMPDIR=path_to_directory
  2. 匯出 IATEMPDIR
  3. 執行 DPA 安裝
注意：錯誤消息（JRE 庫丟失或不相容...）是通用的，可能會針對空間不足以外的問題返回。
