Symptoms

尝试在 Linux 上安装 DPA 服务器会立即退出，并在命令行中显示以下错误：

[root@hostname data]# ./DPA-Server-Linux-x86_64-18.2.0.104694.bin
Preparing to install
Extracting the JRE from the installer archive...
Unpacking the JRE...
Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive...
Configuring the installer for this system's environment...

JRE libraries are missing or not compatible....

Cause

系统临时目录 （/tmp） 中的空间不足

根据 DPA 18.2 安装和管理指南，tmp 目录中需要更多可用空间：

系统临时目录中需要 3GB 可用空间用于服务器或数据存储安装。

 

Resolution

为 /tmp 文件系统分配更多磁盘空间，然后再次尝试安装。

或者

实施以下解决方法，将安装程序指向具有 3GB 或更多可用磁盘空间的其他目录：

  1. IATEMPDIR=path_to_directory
  2. 导出 IATEMPDIR
  3. 运行 DPA 安装
提醒：错误消息（缺少或不兼容 JRE 库...）是通用的，可以针对空间不足以外的问题返回。
