Symptoms
ステップ5と6の後で、進行状況が99%に達すると、Unisphere UIに次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。
"The system encountered an unexpected error. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x7d13001)"
Cause
Unity OEファイルのアップロード時に問題が発生します。一般的には、次の2つの理由があります。
- ファイルが破損しています。
- ファイルがサポート ページまたはその他の場所から完全にコピーされたものではない可能性があります。
- Unisphere UIとOEファイルのコピー元ロケーションの間で、断続的な接続の問題が発生しています。
Resolution
- Unity Management Serviceを再起動し、ステップ1からアップグレードを再試行します。
- OEファイルが破損していないことを確認します。
- イメージを再度ダウンロードします。
- ファイルのサイズが両方の場所と一致していることを確認します。
- アップグレード ファイルvのmd5sumをレビューします
- ファイルのサイズを確認します。
