Symptoms
Na stap 5 en 6, bij het bereiken van 99% voortgang, wordt het volgende foutbericht weergegeven in de Unisphere-gebruikersinterface:
"The system encountered an unexpected error. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x7d13001)"
Cause
Er treedt een probleem op bij het uploaden van het Unity OE-bestand. Er zijn over het algemeen twee (2) redenen:
- Het bestand is beschadigd.
- Waarschijnlijk is het bestand niet volledig gekopieerd van supportpagina's of andere locaties.
- Er is een verbindingsprobleem tussen de Unisphere-gebruikersinterface en de locatie waar het OE-bestand vandaan is gekopieerd.
Resolution
- Start de Unity Management Services opnieuw en probeer de upgrade opnieuw vanaf stap 1.
- Controleer of het OE-bestand niet corrupt is.
- Download de image opnieuw.
- Controleer of de grootte van het bestand overeenkomt met beide locaties.
- Controleer de md5sum van het upgradebestand
- Controleer de grootte van het bestand.
