Symptoms
Efter steg 5 och 6, när 99 % framsteg har nåtts, visas följande felmeddelande i Unisphere-användargränssnittet:
"The system encountered an unexpected error. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x7d13001)"
Cause
Ett problem uppstår när Unity OE-filen laddas upp. Det finns i allmänhet två (2) skäl:
- Filen är skadad.
- Filen kopierades troligen inte helt från supportsidor eller andra platser.
- Det finns ett tillfälligt anslutningsproblem mellan Unisphere-gränssnittet och den plats som OE-filen kopierades från.
Resolution
- Starta om Unity Management Services och försök uppgradera igen från steg 1.
- Kontrollera att OE-filen inte är skadad.
- Ladda ner bilden igen.
- Kontrollera att filens storlek matchar båda platserna.
- Granska md5sum för uppgraderingsfilen
- Granska filens storlek.
