Symptoms


Etter trinn 5 og 6, når du når 99 % fremdrift, vises følgende feilmelding i Unisphere UI:

"The system encountered an unexpected error. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x7d13001)"

Cause

Det oppstår et problem når du laster opp Unity OE-filen. Det er vanligvis to (2) grunner:

 

  • Filen er skadet.
    • Sannsynligvis ble ikke filen kopiert helt fra støttesider eller andre steder.
  • Det er et midlertidig tilkoblingsproblem mellom Unisphere-brukergrensesnittet og plasseringen der OE-filen ble kopiert fra.
