Cause

A MTU não é idêntica em ambos os switches. Esse parâmetro deve ser idêntico em ambos os lados.
  • O tamanho padrão do quadro da MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit, unidade máxima de transmissão) de IP é de 1500 bytes para todas as portas Ethernet.
  • A MTU é 1500 no switch 'Switch-PR', mas é 2300 no switch par 'Switch-DR'. 

Resolution

Altere a MTU para que ambas as extremidades tenham valores de MTU idênticos.

Por exemplo:
Execute os comandos abaixo para alterar a MTU para 1500 no switch Switch-DR. 
configure terminal
interface IPStorage1/1
switchport mtu 1500
Para recuperar a falha de software, recarregue o mecanismo FCIP afetado usando o seguinte comando oculto: 
switch# ips reset module port
 
Nota: Esse comando é disruptivo para todos os túneis FCIP no switch.

Se a porta ainda não tiver sido exibida, será necessário reinicializar o switch.
