Symptoms

NetWorker Linux istemcisi, yedekleme eylemi günlüklerinde bildirilen aşağıdaki hatayı vererek yedekleme başarısız oluyor: 
nsrjobd RPC error RPC client handle: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
nsrjobd RPC error Unable to create the connection with 'portmapper' to host 'client_name' with address 'ip_address' at port number 7938.  
nsrjobd RPC critical Check whether the firewall is blocking the client ports on the host 'ip_address'.
Sistemde /etc/sysctl.conf dosyasında aşağıdaki TCP parametreleri etkinleştirilmiştir. 
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_reuse = 1
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle  = 1
NetWorker Sunucusundan /nsr/logs/daemon.raw kaynaklı hatalar:

Cause

Aşağıdaki Linux çekirdek parametrelerinin etkinleştirilmesi NetWorker'da iletişim hatasına yol açar: 
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_reuse 
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle 
Parametreler, içindeki soketler için çekirdek işlemeyi etkiler TIME_WAIT Durum.

Resolution

/etc/sysctl.conf dosyasında aşağıdaki parametreleri ayarlayın.   
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_reuse = 0
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle = 0
Burada 1 (etkin) ve 0 (devre dışı)

Additional Information

cd-key tcp_tw_reuse ana bilgisayarın içinde TCP bağlantısını yeniden kullanmasına izin verir TIME_WAIT Soketin kapatılmasını beklemeden yeni bir bağlantı durumu.

Parametre tcp_tw_recycle soketlerin hızlı geri dönüşümünü sağlar TIME_WAIT Durum. Varsayılan olarak, Linux Çekirdeği içindeki soketleri kapatmadan önce iki dakika (2 x MSL) bekler. TIME_WAIT uygulama tarafından kapatılmadıysa durum.
