Symptoms
デルのヘルプとサポートアプリケーションの旧バージョンを搭載して出荷されているコンピュータがあります。アプリケーションを起動すると、「failed to connect to the service（サービスに接続できませんでした）」というメッセージが表示され、アプリケーションが停止します。アプリケーションを再インストールまたはアップデートしても、問題は解決しません。
