Cause

在升級開始後，嘗試將套裝上傳至 vSAN 資料存放區時，就會發生此情況。

Resolution

根據以下步驟解決問題：
  1. 登入 vCenter 並瀏覽至正在升級的 VxRail 叢集。
  2. 瀏覽至 vSAN 資料存放區。
  3. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下 vSAN 資料存放區，然後選取功能表中的「重新命名」按鈕。
  4. 從快顯視窗，移除 vSAN 資料存放區名稱中的「%」、「/」、「\」等字元。
  5. 按一下「確定」按鈕以儲存 vSAN 資料存放區名稱。
  6. 返回 VxRail 叢集升級瀏覽器，然後按一下「重試」按鈕

Additional Information

iThe vSAN 資料存放區名稱使用了特殊字元「%」、「/」、「\」。名稱具有這些字元的資料存放區名稱會以 ASCII「%25」、「%2f」、「%5c」儲存，而非以 UTF-8 儲存於 VC MOB 中。因此，在將套裝上傳至 vSAN 資料存放區時，資料存放區名稱並未在 URL 中正確編碼。
