Symptoms

Geautomatiseerde AppSync Database-back-up via Windows Scheduler, werkt prima. maar er wordt geen kopie van de AppSync Database gemaakt.

Cause

Resolution

Tijdelijke oplossing:

De onderstaande wijzigingen moeten worden aangebracht in het appsyncbackup.bat-bestand:
 
1. Maak een back-up van het bestand C:\EMC\AppSync\backup-assistant\appsync-backup.bat. 
2. Open appsync-backup.bat bestand in kladblok of kladblok++.
3.  Voeg onderstaande regels toe na regel set params=%* 
 
Instellen APPSYNC_CST_CONFIG_DIR=%APPSYNC_CST_CONFIG_DIR%
cd %APPSYNC_CST_CONFIG_DIR%
cd ..
cd..
set APPSYNCHOME=%cd%
set BACKUPHOME=%APPSYNCHOME%\\backup-assistant

4. Verwijder onderstaande regels in hetzelfde bestand appsync-backup.bat.
 
set BACKUPHOME=%CD:\=\\%
set APPSYNCHOME=%CD:\=\\%

5. Maak handmatig een back-up door cmd in te voeren als beheerder om te controleren of het script werkt.

6. Gebruik nu Windows Taakplanner om het script te starten en het zou moeten werken.
 
Oplossing:

Dit probleem is opgelost in versies na 4.3.0.0
