當使用媒體金鑰啟動 SupportAssist OS Recovery Tool 時，即使有無線網路存在，網路選擇頁面上仍有少數可用的無線網路清單為空白。因此，使用者無法使用無線連線連線至網際網路。

Cause

  1. 未安裝無線驅動程式。
  2. 安裝的無線驅動程式有一些問題。

Resolution

如果無線網路清單空白，使用者可以使用 乙太網 路纜線建立有線連線。這可提供執行雲端重設和離線重設的功能。

若要設定有線連線：

  1. 使用 乙太網 路纜線將系統連接至 路由器。
  2. 在網路選擇頁面上選取 有線 選項。
