Symptoms

  • コードのアップグレード後、SFTP接続がランダムにタイムアウトし、「Connection closed by Remote Host」というエラーメッセージが表示されます。
  • Unityユーザーのホーム ディレクトリーにファイルを配置できません。

Cause

1.SFTP接続がUnity側から切断されると、Unity側はNASサーバー上のSFTPセッションの強制終了を報告しました。
2.ログから、別のDR NASサーバーがレプリケーション更新を行った形跡があり、そのDR NASサーバーでSFTP設定の再ロードが強制されたようです。

Resolution

Unityソフトウェア コード バージョンを、この問題が修正されたUnity OE 5.1以降にアップグレードします。
