Symptoms

En kund får ett e-postmeddelande som liknar det nedan. 
E-post: Vi upptäckte ett fel vid synkronisering till <SCIM_App_Name> 
 

Cause

Detta beror på det schemalagda underhållet som sker varannan vecka (vanligtvis från 14:00 till 16:00 IST. Det schemalagda underhållet kan ta längre tid på grund av potentiella komplikationer.

Resolution

Vi kan ignorera sådana e-postmeddelanden.
