Cause

Sorun, Microsoft 365 için OAuth içindeki Uygulama İzinleri ile ilgilidir.

Uygulamaların listesini almak için Exchange Online PowerShell'de aşağıdaki komutu çalıştırın. 
Get-OrganizationConfig | Format-List EwsApplicationAccessPolicy,Ews*List

Resolution

İzin Verilenler Listesi'ne python-request eklemek için Exchange Online PowerShell'de aşağıdaki komutu çalıştırın. 
Set-OrganizationConfig -EwsApplicationAccessPolicy EnforceAllowList -EwsAllowList @{Add="python-requests/*"}
