Symptoms

PowerProtect 虚拟机 （VM） 直接引擎解决方案用于保护 vSphere 环境。PowerProtect 接口用于执行 Windows 虚拟机 （VM） 的文件级恢复 （FLR）。FLR 装载到同一虚拟机的作失败，ARV0007指示 SCSI ID 没有相应的物理驱动器。PowerProtect 界面“JobsSystem JobsJob >>ID”中的系统作业详细信息显示：
 

ARV0007: VM Direct engine is unable to restore the virtual machine 'my-vm-name' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.mydomain.com'.

Restore of this virtual machine to the destination vCenter was unsuccessful.

Review the error details and summary log in the Jobs window, or review the log files at /var/log/brs/vmdm for more detailed information to troubleshoot the issue.

Unable to mount disks. Could not mount VMDKs onto VM 'my-vm-name' (vm-3901) filesystems. Unable to perform FLR Agent operation 'mount' on VM my-vm-name (vm-3901). SCSI ID 0/0/1/0 does not have a corresponding PhysicalDrive.

Cause

虚拟机包含动态磁盘，该磁盘具有 FLR 的已知限制。 

Resolution

支持使用 Windows 动态磁盘的虚拟机的文件级还原，但存在以下限制：
  • 只有在恢复到与原始虚拟机不同的虚拟机时，才能执行还原。此外，此虚拟机不能是原始虚拟机的克隆。
  • 使用虚拟机管理员用户身份执行还原。
  • 通过从同一模板克隆或部署而创建的 Windows 虚拟机，则所有这些 Windows 虚拟机最终可能在其动态卷上使用相同的 GUID。
