Symptoms

PowerProtect 虛擬機器 （VM） Direct Engine 解決方案用於保護 vSphere 環境。PowerProtect 介面可用來執行 Windows 虛擬機器 （VM） 的檔案層級復原 （FLR）。相同虛擬機器的 FLR 掛接作業失敗，並出現ARV0007表示 SCSI ID 沒有對應的實體磁碟機。PowerProtect 介面「工作 >系統工作>工作 ID」中的系統工作詳細資料顯示：
 

ARV0007: VM Direct engine is unable to restore the virtual machine 'my-vm-name' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.mydomain.com'.

Restore of this virtual machine to the destination vCenter was unsuccessful.

Review the error details and summary log in the Jobs window, or review the log files at /var/log/brs/vmdm for more detailed information to troubleshoot the issue.

Unable to mount disks. Could not mount VMDKs onto VM 'my-vm-name' (vm-3901) filesystems. Unable to perform FLR Agent operation 'mount' on VM my-vm-name (vm-3901). SCSI ID 0/0/1/0 does not have a corresponding PhysicalDrive.

Cause

VM 包含動態磁碟，這有已知的 FLR 限制。 

Resolution

支援具有 Windows 動態磁碟的虛擬機的檔案級還原，但存在以下限制：
  • 只有在恢復到與原始虛擬機不同的虛擬機時，才能執行還原。此外，此虛擬機不能是原始虛擬機的克隆。
  • 以虛擬機器系統管理員使用者身分執行還原。
  • 透過從相同範本複製或部署所建立的 Windows 虛擬機器，則所有這些 Windows 虛擬機器最終可能會在其動態磁碟區上使用相同的 GUID。
