Symptoms
vSphere ortamını korumak için PowerProtect Data Manager Virtual Machine (VM) Direct Engine çözümü kullanılır. PowerProtect Interface Infrastructure Protection Engine sayfası, my-vproxy.my-domain.com VM Direct Engine için bir hata durumu gösterir.
Unable to check vProxy 'my-vproxy.my-domain.com' state: Get "Https://my-vproxy.my-domain.com:9090/api/v1/VproxyEngines/RstEngine": Server Certificate does not match with any known certificates. Server's identiy has changed. (proxy: my-vproxy.my-domain.com)
Cause
VM Direct Engine, farklı bir vCenter sunucusu tarafından yönetilen yeni bir ESXi kümesine taşınmıştır. Sertifika, yeni vCenter sunucusunda geçerli olmayan dağıtım vCenter sunucusuna referanslar içerir.
Resolution
Mevcut VM Direct Engine'i kaldırın ve yeni ESX\vCenter ortamına dağıtın.
- PowerProtect Data Manager arayüzünü açın.
- Infrastructure> Asset Sources" öğesine gidin ve yeni vCenter sunucusunu PowerProtect yapılandırmasına ekleyin.
- Infrastructure>Protection Engines" öğesine gidin ve etkilenen vProxy için ilgili ağ ayrıntılarını (IP Adresi, DNS, Ağ Geçidi) yakalayın.
