Symptoms
PowerProtect Data Manager仮想マシン(VM)Direct Engineソリューションは、vSphere環境の保護に使用されます。[PowerProtectインターフェイス インフラストラクチャ保護エンジン]ページに、my-vproxy.my-domain.com VM Direct Engineのエラー ステータスが表示されます。
Unable to check vProxy 'my-vproxy.my-domain.com' state: Get "Https://my-vproxy.my-domain.com:9090/api/v1/VproxyEngines/RstEngine": Server Certificate does not match with any known certificates. Server's identiy has changed. (proxy: my-vproxy.my-domain.com)

Cause
VM Direct Engineが、別のvCenter Serverによって管理されている新しいESXiクラスターに移動されました。証明書には展開vCenter Serverへの参照が含まれていますが、これは新しいvCenter Serverでは無効です。
Resolution
既存のVM Direct Engineを削除し、新しいESX\vCenter環境に対して導入します。
- PowerProtect Data Managerインターフェイスを開きます。
- [Infrastructure > Asset Source]に移動し、新しいvCenter ServerをPowerProtect構成に追加します。
- [Infrastructure>Protection Engines]に移動し、影響を受けるvProxyの関連するネットワーキングの詳細(IPアドレス、DNS、ゲートウェイ)を取得します。
- 影響を受けるVM Direct Engineを構成から削除します。
- 関連するネットワーキングの詳細を含む新しいVM Direct Engineを追加し、新しいターゲットvSphereリソースを選択します。
- 新しいVM Direct Engineには、適切なvCenter Serverの詳細を含む新しい証明書があります。
