• Solmun uudelleenkäynnistyksen jälkeen SWAP-määritystä ei tallennettu /etc/fstab.
• Alkuperäistä SWAP-osiota ei ladattu käynnistettäessä.
• Solmun näköistiedosto luotiin uudelleen, eikä solmuun käytetty SWAP-komentoa.
• Lisää SWAPia ei koskaan sovellettu klusteriin, jossa oli laajennus. 

1. Varmista, onko SWAP-yhtenäisyys kaikissa solmuissa.
