Symptoms

Het PowerProtect apparaat wordt gebruikt om de vSphere-omgeving te beschermen met de Virtual Machine (VM) Direct Engine. Er wordt een FLR (File Level Recovery) uitgevoerd, maar de workflow kan de NFS-export niet koppelen. De details van de systeemtaakfout in de PowerProtect Interface "Jobs > System Jobs > Job ID" tonen:

ARV0007: VM Direct engine is unable to restore the virtual machine 'my-vm-name' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.mydomain.com'.

Restore of this virtual machine to the destination vCenter was unsuccessful.

Review the error details and summary log in the Jobs window, or review the log files at /var/log/brs/vmdm for more detailed information to troubleshoot the issue.

Cause

Het wachtwoord voor de Data Domain-referenties is gewijzigd en moet worden bijgewerkt in PowerProtect.

Resolution

De Data Domain Credentials moeten worden bijgewerkt in de PowerProtect Interface onder "Administration >Credentials".
